THE PRICE INCLUDES.

TERMS
We require Euros 100.00 damage deposit upon arrival which will be returned at the end of your stay. The house is to be left clean and orderly and garbage properly recycled and separated.
To secure your booking 30% is required upfront either by bank deposit or PayPal; the balance due upon arrival.
Minu's home will welcome you between the hours of 4pm (16:00) and 9pm (21:00).
Other arrival times can be arranged upon request.
Check-out is at 10 am otherwise will be charged one more day.

CONDIZIONI
Si richiede un deposito di 100,00 euro all'arrivo che verrà restituito alla partenza dopo aver verificato
i locali che dovranno essere lasciati in ordine e le immondizie correttamente differenziate.
A garanzia della prenotazione è richiesto un deposito del 30% del totale da inviarsi tramite
bonifico bancario o carta di credito (PayPal)
Saldo della prenotazione all'arrivo
check in tra le 16,00 e le 21,00 ( per esigenze particolari chiedere)
check out entro le ore 10 del mattino o sarà addebitata la notte successiva
