bed linen and bathroom change weekly, hot water, electricity, gas and all kitchen utensils.

TERMS
We require Euros 100.00 damage deposit upon arrival which will be returned at the end of your stay. The house is to be left clean and orderly and garbage properly recycled and separated.
To secure your booking 30% is required upfront either by bank deposit or PayPal; the balance due upon arrival.
Minu's home will welcome you between the hours of 4pm (16:00) and 9pm (21:00).
Other arrival times can be arranged upon request.
Check-out is at 10 am otherwise will be charged one more day.
